In 1990 I received my real-estate license and started buying and selling real-estate in Michigan. In 2003 I moved to Arizona and worked in the mortgage business and also pursued my art career, in painting American Indians. I've been back and fourth to the Dominican Republic for over 25 years. Formerly an attorney in Alberta, Canada, Rommen first came to the Dominican Republic in 1982, and moved here in 1984. After more than 20 years on the island, he has enough experience to help others in this country, having worked here in the tourism industry, shipping and harbour operations, real estate developments, agriculture and business management.
In the 1980’s he concentrated on investment consulting, and spent most of the 1990’s in the tourism industry, managing excursion companies – with some time spent working with real estate developments. The past 8 years have occupied his time almost exclusively in the real estate industry – mostly because the Dominican Republic has advanced so well that real estate is a very good option for foreign visitors.

Eric Franco was born in the capital of the Dominican Republic in 1967. Graduate from UNIVERSIDAD TECNOLOGICA DE SANTIAGO (UTESA) in Santo Domingo on 2000. Since then has done many specialization courses in Real Estate Law, Corporate and Business law. He works as a sales agent and lawyer for our customers.
